Consulting Time

All time on site with client
$125 Per hour during normal business hours.

Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount on all services, for a $100 per hour rate.

You can receive discounted hourly rates by signing up for regularly scheduled maintenance visits.

Remote and Telephone Support

Remote service and telephone support are billed in quarter hour increments. Ask us about how our remote management solutions can help save you money!

Zone Charges

While we are happy to service our friends outside the metro Nashville area, we do charge a fee for long trips. This fee is based on our travel time and can be calculated using your zip code. Ask about this when you call in to schedule your appointment.

No trip charge is assessed on appointments inside Nashville.
